Description

        Overview :

                               From the outset I wanted to design my layout to have operational features that interest me.

                                      The layout is based  around the 1990's  Diesel era in East Anglia & to include EWS freight operations as well.

                               My main interest is in yard operations , receiving & despatching of freight trains but will also include InterCity mainline traffic.

        General Railway Operations :

                         These are :

                                                    Unit gravel trains : East-bound loaded (gravel works) and West-bound unloaded (road distribution)

                                                    Mainline Intercity trains getting re-classified in the classification yard.  This includes building and breaking up trains.
